We booked this hotel because of the reasonable price, and it didn't seem too far away from city centre. We were mistaken.
I would not recommend this hotel for travellers without cars. There isn't even a pedestrian path into the hotel, you either have to walk on the grass or the road (although cars were infrequenty on that particular road).
You have to reach city centre with a public bus. The last bus to the hotel ends relatively early so you cannot enjoy nightlife at city centre unless you take a taxi back to the hotel.
The hotel had wireless connection, but only one power plug that was free to use (the other one was used by the tv). The room was small and couldn't fit much more than the double bed and some moving space. We paid for a triple room, but the extra bed was under the double bed, and didn't look very clean (3 of us ended up sharing the double bed instead).
Although the rooms were amongst the cheaper ones you can find in cannes, I recommend you to be clear of what kind of rooms you are going to get, and the location of this hotel before making a booking
