It is very good for a two star hotel. Excellent value. All the basics are provided, comfortable clean bed, body/hair wash and soap. Breakfast for €8 needs to be booked the night before. Wifi is free in the rooms, a little slow but better than nothing. The gentleman who checked us in was very friendly and prompt in organizing any problems we had. Actually he made our stay very welcoming and fun, always ready with a smile and a chat.....in very good English thank goodness! The location is superb and everything is in walking distance. The main train station is only down the road about 2 min walk. The supermarket is in the Department store just down from the train station. Lots of cafes, bars and restaraunts to choose from near by.

Stayed at Hotel Alize during the ILTM Travel Show for a week on business and booked based on location and trip advisor reviews. The hotel is perfectly located and the rooms are clean, comfortable bed, new bathroom and rate includes continental breakfast and free Wifi. Cedric and the team make you feel at home and were fabulous in recommending great restaurants nearby. The hotel is located one street back from the fantastic shopping on Rue Antibes. There are some extremely expensive hotels in Cannes and for the value Hotel Alize represents I couldn’t justify the rates of 300Euro ++ nearby to stay in a higher star rated hotel. I have already booked for the same time next year!

Stayed here for one night in October. Booked based on Trip Advisor reviews. Hotel is perfectly placed just one block away from the seafront and Palais etc.
Exceptional value - €77 for 2 people in a nice room with comfortable double bed and good bathroom with bath and shower. No it isn't that big but we didn't spend much time in the room as we were out taking in all that Cannes has to offer. Agree would be nice to have a few English TV options.
Had the buffet breakfast for €7 per person which was more than adequate.
Staff were very friendly, amenable and provided excellent advice on where to eat.
Can recommend L'Ecrin which serves reasonably priced, good quality food. Brunch buffet on Sunday was terrific.
Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel is very basic but that is something what you should expect for such a low price.
Hotel staff nice, the lift is available. The price is incredible as the hotel is in very quiet street, directly in city center, 2mins to the beach.
Quiet airconditining.
You will not find the same quality at this price on Cote d'Azur
