We stayed at Bellevue Hotel during Conference in November, 15-18th. Needless to say that the rate was 3 times higher, than usual (135euro for double), against 40euro normal price. THere are 3 floors, ground one and 2 floors down. We stayed at basement room 32, however we had a ground terrace with table and chairs. Bed covers were not the cleanest ones, and our plumbing was not working, so we had to wait till plumber sort it out. Room felt a bit damp, as I assume, it stayed closed for a long time. Balconies at upper floors are probably overlooking small garden and in-town main transport magistral. We checked other rooms aftewards (room 1 was ok, nice bathroom; room opposite had tiniest bathroom ever, hardly 50cm wide and around 2,5m long - enough to put a toilet and cubicle.
Madame is not aways there and does not speak English.
