We arrived on 23 December 2011 to stay for one week. Both ladies that greeted us upon arrival were super and nothing was a problem. We arrived early (10am) and were in our apartment within 15 minutes. We always go to the Cannes / Nice / Monaco area for Christmas, this was the easiest check-in ever! Underground with very secure car parking, automatic garage door. Two credit card size electronic keys were handed to us, they open the garage, allow access from the garage to the lift and access to your apartment, very smart idea and worked very well. Upon asking for the code for the free wifi the receptionist immediately asked if we had two computers and handed us two codes and said these codes will last you for the full week, and how right she was. One may book breakfast if required for any morning, we did not as the apartment is excellently equipped for cooking etc... And just up the hill about 300mtrs is a Carrefour hypermarket and a Flunch restaurant. We ate here two evenings, starters, steaks, soft drinks, wine & deserts worked out at less than €32 for two adults and one 9 year old child! Ten pin bowling with a pub and restaurant are a mere 50mtr walk from the apartments, good value also. The apartments are located two minutes from the A8 motorway, Nice airport 13 minutes, Nice centre 20 minutes, Monaco 30 minutes, Cannes 10 minutes, Italy 40 minutes. Antibes old town is a 5 minute drive and one has to visit here. The complex has a roof top swimming pool which would be lovely in Summer along with air conditioning in the apartments, the whole place is very quiet, a good nights sleep every night! There are signs in the lifts warning tenants they will be fined for making noise between 10pm and 8am or excessive noise at any time, no playing in the corridors etc... The apartment was very clean and very well maintained. High grade commercial washing machines and a dryer are provided in a laundry room: €4 for a huge load of washing including power and €2 for the dryer. It was very convenient to wash our towels for €6 in total, ample good quality towels were provided. One tip, bring some tablets for the dish washer, none are provided. Although the wifi is free it is a little slow, but we still got done what we wanted to do. The information provided by reception and the abundance of leaflets available was fantastic. Overall value, cleanliness, quietness, staff and location were excellent, we shall indeed be back!
