A tiny but comfortable and newly-refurbished room, and a great breakfast for the money if you eat a lot! Each of us scarfed up a croissant, pain-au-chocolat, and hunk of baguette with cheese and ham every morning. Two cups of coffee -- yes, you have to ask for the second one, which is not standard in Europe -- juice, yogurt, cereal, all that would cost you 25 euros in a cafe, if you could find it at all. (And we lost a kilo each on our trip.) If you breakfast on a croissant and a cup of coffee, go to any cafe instead. Young, attractive, English-speaking staff make up in charm for what they may lack in experience. Our rooms were on the ground floor to accommodate our handicapped traveling companion, and they were peacefully quiet.

Generally the employees were young and pleasant but seemed to lack experience and enthusiasm.
We had requested a twin room but had to wait to have the double bed converted into a twin.
I had to ask for jam at breakfast and also a second cup of coffee.

I visited this hotel on Friday 14 October 2011 for one night. You cannot park outside the hotel, however there is a small parking next to the square on which the hotel is located where you can park and then unload your luggage. We were told by the receptionist to park our car at a large public parking which was free of charge. We decided to park the car at a closed parking garage because we saw many suspicious persons walking and checking all the parked cars for valuables. The parking cost €12 for 24 hours and is in walking distance from the hotel. It’s called Parking du Centre. We felt it was worth to pay the money to be sure our car would be safe.
The location of the hotel is very good. It’s in walking distance to all the sites.
The rooms were very, very small with no wardrobe. But the room is clean and nice. We only paid €55 (booking.com) and were very satisfied with the room and the value for money. We also had a small balcony. The isolation is not the best so if you have people around who make noise, you might be bothered by this. There were not many guests in the hotel when we were there so this was not an issue.
There is no elevator and the stairs are narrow so if you have limited mobility then this might be an issue. Especially if you have suitcases to carry to the room. But here you also need to be careful as there is very limited space for suitcases in the room.
We paid €7,50 per person and had the breakfast at the hotel. It was very good. Orange juice, coffee, croissant, pain au chocolat, bread, cheese, ham, nutella etc.
If I come back to Arles, I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

The location itself is pretty worth 90 euros a night but then again, the hotel just beside it costs only 35euros a night. It is fairly clean and well designed. Air conditioning is needed as you can't leave the large balcony windows open as it will be too noisy. Would've rated it 5 stars if not for the bathroom. The shower curtain is made of fabric and it got all damp, stayed damp and left the most awful musty wet smell. It was also so dark to shower with this curtain and leaving it open simply flooded the entire bathroom. Breakfast at 7.50euros a night is overrated, next door is 5.50euros and a croissant is just 0.80euros from the boulangerie and grand cafe creme 2.20 euros at any bar/cafe which is steps away from hotel entrance. When we ask for a late check-out, the staff systematically shrug and said no without even trying. It was extremely noisy around 7-8am when people were leaving the room. I also heard with clarity the man next room taking his shower and repeatedly clearing his throat.
