Great find and handy for an overnight stopover. Right next to carrefour and tram stop. Close to Le Mans racetrack and motorway. The Ritz it isn't and portakabin shower/loo is basic. Brekkie is worth the €5.50 that they charge. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The room we were in was. A bit dusty but cleanish. We would use again given the price for 2 adults and 2 young kids. Free Wifi is a great bonus!

Simple hotel with few to no services. No A/C a big minus especially in warm summer months. Big plus: carrefour market in front along with tram stop that goes straight to the center of le mans every few minutes. If you're looking for a budget hotel to pass the night this hotel works.

Stayed only for a night and if you are content with a cleanish, small roof over your head and portakabin for your calls of nature at affordable rates, this is a good find.

I may pay a little extra and look elsewhere though, next time.

44€ for a family room which was great value. The hotel is situated opposite a supermarket and a tram station which is good and the location was quiet, it was a Sunday however.

The hotel parking was safe and secure and the hotel was modern, airy and clean.

Our room consisted of a double bed, overhead bunk and a single bed in the alcove. Yes the room wasnt massive and the bathroom was small but no smaller than other budget hotels such as Etap. I have stayed in Etap's and this one in my opinion was better.

Receptionist very cheery and helpful and gave us a map of Le Mans which we used when we had a drive out into the centre.

We skipped breakfast as it didn't seem worth it at 5.5€ a head and when we saw it next day we were proved right.

All in all a great little hotel, clean , safe and served it's purpose as somewhere to get your head down after a long drive.

Free wifi too !
