Car broke down in Le Mans, and overnight stop became nearly a week - we saw rather more of the town than we wanted! We are both over 70, with slight health problems, and hald lots of worries over the repairs.
Hotel room and en-suite exactly right for the city-centre situation of the hotel and the price; efficient and effective room service. Buffet breakfast ample and varied, and very good restaurant. NOTE: they do a particularly good value ‘soirée étape’, i.e., fixed-price deal for bed breakfast and evening meal. They don’t advertise it, you have to ask for it.
Best of all was the staff, who were not just efficient, but all were sympathetic, supportive and above all, helpful, and all did their best for us over a very traumatic period. We are extremely grateful to every one of them and, if we had to go back to Le Mans, would undoubtably go back to this hotel.
The only down-side, and not the hotel’s fault: we spent well over ½ an hour driving round the one-way system, and finally had to park and walk to the hotel, where we were told to ignore the ‘NO ENTRY’ sign! This was put up 4 years ago, but the hotel and other occupiers can’t persuade Le Mans Council to add ‘Except for Access’ !!

Central. A wonderful hotel which is clean, serves good, real coffee at breakfast and has friendly staff. Cheap weekend deals. A real find.

We stayed at this hotel during the Le Mans MotoGP, and this hotel had everything we could have wished for. The location is just round the corner from the centre of town, there is a terrace outside the hotel to enjoy food and drinks and the staff went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed during our stay. The room we were in was large and had a good sized flat screen TV, and there is also free wi-fi.

A terrific stay and looking forward to returning to this hotel in the future!
