Stayed here on the way to Bordeaux. Rooms comfortable and clean but stay on the car park side as otherwise backs onto a noisy road and rooms without air conditioning make it unlikely you will have a good night's sleep.

My partner & I used this hotel for an overnight stop on the way from Bordeaux back to Calais. At the very last minute the hotel was also able to put up a couple of friends with 2 small children who joined us on the journey, which was great. The rooms have been recently refurbished & were clean, bright & comfortable. There was free wireless in the rooms as well as tea/coffee-making facilities & nice hot shower (though no bath). Continental breakfast wasn't included but was tasty with good variety. The only criticism was some loud-hammering in the morning as a result of renevation work on the premises, but fortunately we were up early so this didn't disturb us too much. Overall: good value for money, easy to find.
Value is excellent - good rates most nights. Reception staff really friendly and helpful and speak good english. Rooms are more than adequate for a stopover but I wouldn't stay for more than a couple of nights. Good facilities, but the room is very hot and has no a/c. Also as it is on the point of two roads meeting the traffic can be a bother if you are alight sleeper. Parking plentiful. The hotel is currently undergoing reburbishment and will have an extra floor and a lift soon.
All in all I would recommend this hotel.
We stayed here to break up a long drive from the Dordogne to Le Havre and the hotel is well located for this. The hotel is clean and well-kept and the room was bright, comfortable and spacious. There are also tea and coffee making facilities provided.
The hotel is located towards the edge of town. As we only stayed one night on a stopover we didn't get the chance to explore Le Mans so not sure how far away the town centre is.
All in all, this was a good choice to relax during our journey back to Le Havre.
