Me and some friends went to the Mona Lisa a few weeks ago for vacation, at first it was very nice, the receptionist was very polite, even took 10 euro off the price. Then the manager saw us up on the way to the room speaking English and kicked us out. If you are not French do not go here, he called all the other hotels and warned them about foreigners, made it next to impossible to find a room for that night. I have worked several retail jobs before and know there is never any excuse to be so rude. The Mona Lisa is only a good option if you are native French.
