“Rude and incompetant”

Overcharged us for breakfast. Room was small and not worth the money. The owners then charged us double the amount for the room - and couldn't refund us immediately - instead they sent a foreign cheque.

When we complained we got an rude message back - telling us that we should have checked our bill properly. Our bill print out DID NOT match the amount we were charged - so once again the mistake was on their side. TOTALLY INCOMPETANT - as are Booking.com.

Do not waste your time staying here.

Room Tip: Owners are incompetant and rude - do not stay here

“Make sure you check your bill!”

Stayed here and enjoyed it but when we got home afterwards we found they had somehow managed to charge our friends in a different room for our stay, even though we booked separately with different cards.
The friends rang booking.com who rang the hotel and we came to the agreement we'd just reimburse our friends and leave it at that.
Another week later I received a letter in the post with a new bill (with another different amount) from Les Tennis with a PAID stamp on it. I checked my account and sure enough they had taken another £235.
Three phonecalls later and Les Tennis keeps saying the person in charge of the accounts is either busy or out. Very disappointing and I would not recommend staying there, I actually worry that they have my card details!
If they actually sort it our I will amend this post.
