We recently stayed at the Le Clos Bourdet during our vacation in France and our stay in Normandy. We reserved 2 rooms over the internet for 3 people. Reservations only 2 months before our arrival was not a problem, although we were arriving in September after the peak season.

Everything was as we expected or better.

Fan And Jean-Claude Osmont and their 3 cats are the proprietors of the Le Clos Bourdet. They were very friendly and helpful with any information that we needed. They live on the premises and are therefore always available if need be.

Le Clos Bourdet is located up the hill from Downtown Honfleur and is literally a 5 minute walk from restaurants, shops and the downtown area. It was very nice to be so close to the downtown, however in a nice neighborhood that was quite. There are plenty of restaurants in Honfleur that one should be able to find whatever they are looking for or Fan and Jean-Claude can recommend something.

Fan serves a small European style breakfast every morning in the dining room on the main floor. The breakfast usually consisted of some cheese's, coffee, tea, rolls/croissants/pastrys, some meat, juices and usually a special treat with apple ingredients(they have a small apple orchard in their backyard).

The house was kept very clean. The rooms are made up every day. The decorations in the house are very eclectic and interesting and fit the house very well.

Overall, we had an excellent stay at the Le Clos Bourdet and are already pllanning on returning some time in the near future for a stay in Honfleur again.

Very French and charming. 3 cats on premise with fruit trees and a garden in the back. 3-4 blocks from city center. Charming room and a terrific experience. Light breakfast included. Owner speaks enough English to get by. Private parking on site.

Le Clos Bourdet its a great place to visit Honfleur and towns around the area. Its located 5 minutes walking from the famous harbour but at the same time in a quiet and beautiful street. Everything from this place was excellent; from the room, the service and breakfast. After walking and sightseeing you arrive and a great setting its waiting for you in their garden; Fran was super helpful and attentive to all what we needed. We will come back. Also, If you are into interior designing you must stay here, the house its been decorated with great taste and harmony.

This charming establishment could hardly be faulted. A warm welcome, stylish rooms, beautiful bathrooms and an imaginative, high-quality breakfast all attest to a supremely well run and maintained property. We've never stopped in a better B&B - anywhere!
