The hotel is situated on a no through road at the banks of the river Gave.
Very friendly people.
The outdated rooms are clean and not very large, and so are the bathrooms. Some rooms look over the river but if you are out of luck you get one that offers a view to the nasty backyard. If you are planning to stay more than one night, ask one in front: it is a very quiet road and Lourdes is not known for its sparkling nightlife ;-)
Dinner is served at a fixed hour and for all the guests at the same time, so it takes a lot after a refectory. Evening meal is tasty and plentiful but when it is crowded and you are in the back of the dining room it will get oppressive. Breakfast is served as a small buffet.
If you don’t insist on luxury but are more keen on peace and familiarity this hotel might be suitable for you.
