Probably one of the cheapest hotels in the whole of Paris and given its price point it has a very nice small bed in an actually nice small room. But for the rest I cannot say much positive about this hotel. Shower is terrible (a warm drizzle or no warm water at all), and if you go to the receptionist and you ask for a description how to get somewhere (or for help in case of an emergency; it happened to us), do not think you will be helped in any way. So in spite of the low price point, price/quality ratio is not very good in my opinion. However, unlike some other reports, cleanliness was OK for us.

“You pay what you get...”
Good points: is cheap! The room was not too bad, quite big with a small toilet. The hotel is in a good position, 5 minutes far from the metro station and 15 minutes far from the Sacre Coeur church.
Bad points: the entire hotel is looking old and nasty, the lift smells really bad and the room was not clean. They didn't change the bad every day - let me say never in 5 days I stayed - and the toilet was just "light-cleaned" every day.
Quality/price rate is good but if you want to stay here don't expect many comforts.
