First of all, the location of the hotel is great. We went by car and had no trouble getting into Paris (as the hotel is situated quite close to the peripherique), and a very good parking is nearby. Nevertheless you're close to the centre, and walking by foot to the Marais is no problem (on the way you'll pass the Bastille metro station to head off to other directions). The neighbourhood is very nice (and comfortable to walk through at night), the Viaduct des arts is right around the corner. The staff was really friendly (we spoke french though), and the room was okay - quite small, but very clean and giving a 'Paris-feeling' with a high window and a view over the roofs of Paris. Our room was situated next to the elevator, which caused a bit noise at night though. Also a minus was the mattress (an old one with springs). But for 2 nights that's absolutely doable. After all I think it's a good place for someone who wants to stay in a clean and safe surrounding with good and quick access to the rest of Paris.

This establishment is a rip-off. They took 80 Euros of of money. They do not deliver what they promise. We left and found another hotel.

Stay away at all cost. Do not even do business with organisations that refer people there.

Very small room, even for European standard. Awful mattress. No stand for the luggage. Had to put the luggage on the floor and we had no space to walk. Free WiFI internet never worked. The A/C was not working in our room and it was 28C outside! 2nd room offered had the same problem. After threatening to leave, they offered us a room on the higher floor which was hardly better with the A/C working at 10% of it's capacity. The host said he did not know the A/C was not working! How could he not? The reception room was so hot!!!!! 2 people with luggage cannot even fit in the tiniest elevator I have ever seen! Would never go back even if it was free!

A value for money hotel in a great position.Handy to everything.A bit noisy with traffic but closing the double windows fixed that. We were allowed in our room early and after a twenty four hour flight that was greatly appreciated.The reception staff were extra helpful even down to finding a charger for my wifes Phone (at no cost) which we had forgot to bring.I would have hesitation in recomending this hotel.
