The rooms are far too small and so is the poky bathroom. The breakfast for 9 euros each consists of stale bread, cereal and preserves!
Dont ask the hotel day staff for any help because you wont get it! Or is it because we are British!
We travel a lot but will certainly NOT use this hotel again!

Greatly enjoyed my stay in this hotel: good, safe location (next to St Lazare, Opera, shopping, metro). The room was on the ground floor which helped as I had 2 suitcases (no elevator in this place-take note if you are travelling heavy). TV channels available were kind of strange-but who goes to Paris to watch TV?, and shower extremely small (also another thing to take note of).
Receptionist very nice and helpful, an droom was clean. What do youneed more?

The hotel is very clean, friendly and located 50 m from metro station. The rooms are small, but not too much.

If it's a room that you are not going to be in only to sleep it's a good choice, the room is very small and basic, bed not really comfy but by the time we got back from walking around Paris we were fit to fall asleep anywhere.... Bathrooms are very very small and you can just about turn around in the shower!!!! But what it lacks in being comfortable it makes up with the people working at reception, they were just brilliant, so helpful, better than any tour guide in giving us information and directions..... They saved us valuable time figuring things out and places to go as we were only in paris for four days.......
