Did not use restaurant/breakfast, hence neutral feedback. Rooms were clean, but decor was very, very outdated. Did not look like rooms had been refurbished in over 20 years (saw more than one room). Our booking (in which we clearly requested double room, and this was direct via InterHotels) was not read, and so we had the wrong room. The receptionist queried our request, even though I had it printed in black and white from one week before. She also neglected to give us the entry code for the hotel, which luckily another member of staff gave us later by chance.
The hotel in general was ok, but a smashed window was not cleared up properly, and glass was left on the floor next to the outdoor dining area for 2 days. The advertised parking was very narrow, limited, and full of rubbish from the hotel. All in all, not great, and I would not recommend it.
