The staff at this hotel were not very helpful, in fact we felt that we were just an annoyance to them. There are not even any vending machines to get a coffee or snack from. The 'bar' area next door at the Ibis hotel was a joke as there was no bar staff, it was only attended by the restaurant waitress. The whole experience was not enjoyable and we will not be using Etap hotels again.
