We stayed at this hotel for a couple of nights and it was very nice, great room layout, very clean and wonderful shower!

The room was perfect for us - we chose the family room and it was like having two rooms. There was a sliding door dividing the bedroom in 2 areas: one with a queen size bed and a tv and the bigger area with a king size bed, tv and access to the bathroom. Great arrangement if you are travelling with kids like we were.

Good location, on a square and near the ocean. Underground parking available nearby (11 Euros/24hr).

Service was ok, not much to say about it though. Restaurant had very good food and service was also nice. Breakfast was less than stellar, not many options - we ended up opting for the Continental which included a hot beverage, juice (not fresh) and a croissant.

Overall, an ok choice, would stay there again.

We booked this hotel online through laterooms, which was quick and easy. The main reason for our trip to Biarritz was for a Heineken cup rugby match but we decided to make a 4 night break out of it.
We were very impressed with the hotel and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. We had a charming (if not very big) twin room - decorated in 'Atlantic' style - on the side of the hotel opposite the church. The room and bathroom were very clean and the towels were changed every day.
The hotel is in a great location with the beach just a short stroll away and plenty of restaurants and shops in the vicinity. Although we stayed in November, the weather was glorious and we were able to sit outside when eating in the restaurant, which was really pleasant, given the open aspect of the square.
Would certainly recommend this hotel and hope to stay here again.

We booked and paid for the hotel online, quick and efficient sale with email reciept. The hotel doesn't have private parking and it was a struggle to get to the nearest car park as it is right in the midle of town and a complicated one way system.

Once found though, although right in the middle of town with loads of live music etc outside, the room we were in (at the side of the hotel, only newly added) was very quiet. It was also squeeky clean and had comfortable beds.

The receptionist was extremely helpful, friendly and kind. We would definately book again.
