Check in was really efficient which I was impressed with as the place was busy. These apartments are very big and have a small kitchenette inside which is useful if you want to chill some wine or have some bread and cheese like we did. The bathrooms are ok although a bit dated but the shower worked really well and there was plenty of hot water.
The location was ok, about a 10 minute walk from the train station and a 15-20 minute walk from the centre of town.
The biggest downside was that the bed was probably the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. They had one of those very cheap thin foam mattresses and my back was in a lot of pain although my boyfriend was ok so perhaps it was just my side of the bed. As a result however, I don’t think I could bring myself to stay here again which is a shame. Despite it being one of the cheapest places we could find when we booked if I had to stay in Strasbourg again, I think I would pay a bit more for a proper bed.
