stayed at the Premier inn on our journey to gambia and on our return. Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Staff were very helpfull and eager to help. Paid for breakfast on our return home it was £15.98 for both of us but it was very good value for money. Lots of choice of fresh fruit, cereals and cooked breakfast. Taxis to the airport from the hotel were only £6 or the shuttle bus provided by the hotel. However we did get a black taxi outside the airport and they charged us a lucrative £10. hence they didnt get a tip. Would use the hotel again if flying from Manchester.

Used this hotel as stop over before early morning flight to start my holiday. First time staying in a Premier Inn will not be my last.. Very impressed with both reception staff and room although compact was sufficient, clean and adequate. More importantly bed very comfortable . Both my husband and I had an excellent night sleep before a very long journey. Reception staff organised early morning taxi too .. Nothing to much bother.

I was disappointed with this airport hotel. I had to take a taxi to get there; which I hadn't expected - and for me nulifies the reason for staying at an airport hotel (there is a shuttle for 3 pounds/person).

The room was very basic, and freezing. It took 6 hours with the heater on full blast to make it comfortable (2am).

Also you cannot get room service. They will however allow you to order your meal and bring it back to your room with you.

The staff are all friendly and efficient, and it is cheap - fine for one night.

We stayed here on 18th Jan 2012 before a flight to Orlando, the hotel was very modern, very pleased that bedroom had two double beds rather than traditional travel inns that have one and a pull out for our daughter, we ate in the restaurant in the hotel and the food and service was excellent
