recently attended a training course in Dartford and was put up in the campanile. on first sights, it looks like a typical motorway / freeway hotel, however once inside, YOU ARE HOME!,, the staff were fantastic, really friendly.. the food was GREAT! (try the steak) the room was just right, very comfortable and very relaxing which is exactly what I needed.

Enjoyed some good chats with some of the staff..

Tidy, clean hotel. Clean and tidy rooms, good breakfast. Rooms overlooking the distribution warehouse are a bit noisy, especially in warm weather when you may want the windows open.

We needed a room at very short notice to visit a relative in Darent valley Hospital, only 1.5 miles from the Campanile Dartford. We managed to get a room for £65 on a Sat night which was good value. The room was not large but had all we needed. We thought it was well positioned for anyone visiting Bluewater or Lakeside shopping sites or even for visits into London.There is a train station nearby and car aprking was extensive and free. The hotel is adjacent to the toll end of the dartford crossing but we were not aware of traffic noise, even with the window open.

We had a good continental breakfast for £6 each and a full english was available too at £8.50 .

Our only negative comment was that in spite of the hotel being non smoking there was a very smoky fug in the corridor to our room when we returned on sat night!

Stayed in the hotel as i was over for a wedding. The hotel is in the middle of business park. Nothing nearby of note unless you're on a business trip to one of the many businesses nearby.
All the staff are genuinely friendly and seem happy to help. All seem to be french but spoke flawless english.. Room was a good size. Double bed, flat screen tv with freeview, tea and coffee and kettle. En suite. Bed was comfortable and i slept well. There is a bar and restaurant by the reception. Sky was on in the bar good selection of beers and ales. Didnt try the restaurant so cant comment on the food.
Hotel was busy with coach parties while i was there on their way back to europe so the bar and restaurant did get busy.
No frills but i would stay here again next time im down this way.
