I have just stayed at this hotel for 7 nights with my disabled nephew in an adapted room - there was everything we needed - better than we expected. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and beds comfortable. The restaurant (a Beefeater) served a good standard breakfast and the waitresses were friendly and welcoming. It is just off the motorway and we had no problems with noise from the road - just some very inconsiderate guests - our night's stay cost was refunded under the hotel's 'good night guarantee' without any fuss - we just mentioned the noise and didn't even have to ask for the refund. If I ever need to go to Swindon I would choose to stay here!
