We have just returned from staying at this Holiday Inn on return from a family visit and felt the need to comment on what we had experienced.
We found it impossible to fault this hotel, everything about it was excellent, from the greeting on arrival, to the room décor, but most of all the friendliness and professionalism of all the staff we came across.
All the staff seemed extremely happy in their jobs and rather than the somewhat ‘false’ attitude you can receive in other establishments this was not the case in this particular Holiday Inn. They were all extremely courteous, friendly and professional. I strongly recommend this hotel to other travellers for its location (very close to the M4), standard of the rooms and the great staff. We were also very lucky to have stayed here on one of the Holiday Inn Special Rates – real value for money!

Overall very good, the room was clean and what you would expect, the staff were very good. Stella and her team were very professional and helpful, at the wedding the only complaint was sending the bridesmaids down the aisle first which was unexpected and made it extremely difficult for the photographer to get any photographs of the bride coming down the aisle.Apparently this is a system coming over from America, never heard of it happening before, I would have liked a choice.
The only other gripe was discovering very late in the day we were being charged £6 corkage for each bottle of wine that was opened.
Apart from these 2 gripes I must reiterate that that everything else was perfect. Thank you very much for helping to make the day a success.

I stay at this hotel regularly and can confirm that the quality of service sets this hotel aside from the others in the area. The staff are both friendly and helpful, where your ask is never too much.

As previous reports have said, the staff here are exceptional, very happy , helpful and efficient.
I would disagree with the previous poster , i thought my room was not only clean but actually very good all round.The 3 days i stayed here were pleasant , food good , pool and associated areas ok and the bar was up to par.I have stayed in 4star hotels that don't come anywhere near this hotel .
