I have reviewed this hotel before but felt I wanted to add an up-to-date comment. We visited last month and were very happy with the rooms, the customer service and this time, the restaurant. Last time I commented that the breakfast was chaotic but this time the experience was different and much improved. We also had dinner in the restaurant and that was excellent again.
We were disappointed that the swimming pool was closed but we were given a voucher to use at Swindon Oasis but we decided against going there (as one of their pools was also closed and would have been busy with children). It was good that the hotel had made efforts to find an alternative.
This time I have marked the hotel as Excellent as we will definitely return because we enjoyed our stay and felt comfortable and welcome.

We really had a great time and the staff ensured that they made it special for us. Really nice and supportive staff that will ensure that your event is a success. The food was excellent as well. 5 stars from me and wife.

Eat in the restaraunt....make sure you buy an expensive bottle of white wine, they are lovely! The food was SUPERB!....well, and as for the breakfast...I have never seen so much fresh, wonderful food at that time in the morning! THE STAFF WERE FANTASTIC - EVER SO POLITE & REALLY GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO MAKE SURE YOU ARE HAPPY! We stayed here and went to Longleat on one of the days - it always has been my favourite place - you must go there too!
The room is SPOTLESS and really nice! Writting this review makes me want to go back there now! lovely place to be! Go there asap!
