Have stayed in this Hotel a number of times as i have family in Swindon, I have stayed in other hotels in Swindon over the years but the Marriott is by far the best.
The reception staff are great, rooms are spacious and very clean and comfortable.
Breakfast is lovely.
If you need a Hotel in Swindon the Marriott is the best.

We had 2 nights stay here for the second time. The hotel is excellent and staff helpful. There is an onsite fitness centre. Hotel can get busy with coach parties who leave early in the morning and can fill the restaurant at breakfast. Convenient to Old Ton. Good car parking availability. Overall a good experience and we are happy to re-book.

We spent 5 days touring England and homebased in Swindon, England, the service at this Marriott was excellent, the staff were one of the best we have seen. The hotel is due for upgrading, but was very neat and clean. The location was perfect for us as we were touring everyday, and were centerally located to accomplish this. The people in this area are warm and friendly and very helpful, and we needed a lot!!

Our family booked 4 rooms. One room as stank of smoke we went down to reception to complain and they moved us . Some of the bathrooms are looking a little tired...quite a bit of mould has creeping up the tiles in the bathroom.

The breakfast was lovely.
The car park was spacious.
The reception was efficient.
The beds comfortable with extra pillows at no extra cost.

Slight downside was the half naked man (fresh from the swimming pool!) prancing around in reception talking to the receptionists whilst wearing a small towel to cover his 'bits'!.....A bit odd and not very appropriare behavour when their are families around.

It was ok...but not worth the money in my opinion
