We recenty had our Christmas Party here, the organisation and personal attention was excellent from the start. We were shown the various bedrooms which were available, all of which were smart and clean, and the function rooms, before we made any commitment.
On the night the food was very good for the price and the service could not be faulted. All in all excellent value.
As a Swindon based company we would not have any worries about booking staff or visiting customers/suppliers into this hotel.

Having lived in Swindon for years - we came back for an evening out and booked a room in Menzies - it was cheaper than the Travelodge and a whole lot better! Having walked past the outside numerous times when I lived in the town I didn't hold out high hopes but the inside is much nicer than the outside.
Our room was fine, we were on a high floor so had no noise from passers by or traffic and we were given a room at the back of the building. Yes, it overlooked a car park but it was very quiet for a Saturday night stay. The bathroom was on the small side but perfectly serviceable. We had a room only deal and it was fine. The staff were all very friendly and phoned up to check everything was ok with the room.

We stayed in Menzies, Swindon for five nights at the start of December 2011.

The cleanliness of the hotel and professionalism and friendliness of the staff is first class.

The room (we upgraded to a superior one) was spacious, sparkly clean with a huge bed and plenty of hot water for the shower.

The breakfasts both buffet and cooked to order were plentiful, well cooked and piping hot. If we had buffet breakfast and requested fried eggs these were produced quickly for us. We ate in the bar one evening and had sandwiches which were delicious.

The hotel is very convenient for the shops and rail and bus stations.

I feel I must mention the staff at the hotel again who were a credit to the hotel

Will be staying there again in 2012.

Thought we would spend Christmas away and had excellent time. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Food was excellent. Room was very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.
