Stayed just the one night on our tour of Ireland, staff very very friendly and helpful, Dinner was great and breakfast even better.

A very pleasant hotel located a few minutes walk from Wexford town centre, great food, clean rooms. Parking can be an issue

checked in to realise our room was very warm. being 5 months pregnant i knew there was no way i could have stayed over night so called down to reception to see if there was any chance i could be moved to another room. unfortunately the hotel was fully booked that night due to a wedding and so there was no alternative, but they could offer me a fan to keep cool. i wasn't happy but i understood. two minutes later i got a call from jackie on reception to say that the clients staying in one of the rooms hadn't booked in yet so i could have a look at that room and see if it was suitable. jackie came up to my room and insisted on carrying all my bags! the other room was fantastic - had two windows (as opposed to 1 in the first room), and was lovely and cool.

breakfast the next morning was great. i was up very early and all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful for such an early hour - and the food ranged from a good selection of cooked breakfasts to cereals. (food in the bar is also fantastic for an evening meal)

it was the friendliness of the staff here that really made the stay memorable - would recommend to anyone.

I have stayed here a number of times and it is the best hotel for me in Wexford and I have tried all of them. In particular this hotel is very comfortable and homely. The food is always consistantly good. The steak you have this week will be the same quality as one you have next month and the staff couldn't be better. I am always made welcome which is something you dont get in a lot of hotels nowadays. Comparing price,quality,food and service this beats all.
