Pluses: the tourists buses stop around the corner from the hotel, which is fantastic. The airlink bus to the airport is 6 euros and stops by the hotel, which is fantastic as well. O'Connell street is an excellent location, if the weather is good and you enjoying walking then there are a lot of sites close by. Trinity College, the Dublin Writer's Museum, the Dublin City Gallery are definitely walkable to name a few.

The staff was VERY friendly and helpful and you can buy Dublin City Tour bus tickets there for a euro off, 17 euros for a 48 hour pass which was excellent.
I was able to control the temperature of the room which was nice. I was there in late April, early May 2012 so I didn't need air conditioning.
Cons: My bed wasn't all that comfy. It felt lumpy like someone put potatoes in the mattress. It wasn't unbearable just kind of odd. That's my only con! I would stay here again for sure.
