I would return here over and over again, The apartments we have stayed in have been spotlessly clean, everything you need is catered for, and is just like home from home.
Youghal is a great place for a holiday, easy access to Cork and well we did a lot of travelling so not going to list them all here, but for Sure, for a self contained holiday, you will not be dissapointed with the apartments. As long as you don't expect room service that is. We all thought it i was great value for money.

The location was superb overlooking the harbour, and Youghal itself was a charming little town, with lots to see and do.

The apartments were very dissapointing inside although the views were great. Whilst we apprecate it was end of season, the apt was tired, shabby, none to clean and very poorly equipped.

It was supposed to sleep 6 and we had 4 of everything! we even had to ask for extra pillows. the Tv was tiny and the signal bad too unwatchable at times.

We had a balcony and mid week the balcony table and chairs were taken away and not replaced! so we were unable to sit out for most of the stay

Whilst we would definitely visit Youghal again, we would most definitely NOT stay at this place again, and would not reccomend it to anyone else!!!

First time my family visited Ireland (me, my wife and 2 teenage children). This was a true success! The location directly at the waterfront and adjacent to the small harbour is magnificent. Actually the guests above us were fishing directly from the balcony, since that side of the house is directly in the river. I enjoyed overlooking harbour, hills, river, town and the ocean in the far directly from the apartment. I enjoyed watching the ever changing weather from sunny to very windy, the tide (shifting sea level several meters every day, letting you watch the boats in the harbour standing on the dry sea bed every day).
The apartment was average to a bit above average, but the overall experience was really great and memorable. And I would like to come here again!
If you like nature, water and a not too small village, this would be the place for you.
But if you fancy fast living and five star hotels, this might not be for you.
Anyway, thinking of that holiday after two years still make me want to come back, and I would not bother to stay anywhere else than at the Waterfront.
