We were fortunate to stay at Romesdal Croft for 3 nights & had the whole place to ourselves. Both bedrooms & the loft bed/sit are furnished to a very high standard with very comfy beds, duvets, and all have wonderful views over Loch Snizort. The large bathroom has a deep soaker tub & a good strong shower. Romesdal is about 10 minutes north of Portree. Joe, our host, is a real character with a never ending list of stories. He is very accomodating when it comes to breakfasts: exchanging the habitual black pudding for north american style hash brown potatoes. The real treat for us was getting to "meet" the Highland cattle & sheep & of course Jade the border collie. Joe really made us feel at home.
