The only way to start your day on holiday is with one of these breakfasts....yum yum!! Really liked the place, comfy rooms, clean, with helpful and approachable staff! When we visit scotland again we will return!

I really enjoyed my stay at Almond Villa. Our room was spotlessly clean and very nicely decorated. Shauna was extremely helpful, she gave us a map of the local area and recommended local restaurants. Perth is a lovely town and Almond Villa is very conveniently located. We felt very at home in the B&B. The breakfast was outstanding, really tasty and plenty of choice. I would highly recommend.

The accomodation was second to none and the breakfast was 5 star hotel standard with a friendly smile to go with it.
I recommend anyone to stay @ Almond Villa it is superb, rooms spotless and close to town centre.

Visiting relatives in Scotland and stayed at the Almond Villa. The food was exceptional but the hospitality even better!! We had maps, directions friendly advice on how to see the local attractions and Lesley and Shauna were always willing to share their local knowledge on how best to spend our days. The accommodation was spotless - endless hot water and the children loved the lollies which were filled up every day!! I would not hesitate in recommending this B&B for families with children who are visiting from Australia! Thankyou again Almond Villa for our great stay in Perth.
