Stayed at Dunallan Guest House for two nights in July 2011. Friendly, clean, comfortable and helpful with all the necessary accessories for a really good stopover (tea and coffee, TV,en suite,parking and Scottish breakfast). What more could you ask for ? Would certainly return.

Breakfast was very good, and well prepared.
The welcome on arrival was friendly, and advise on where to visit and directions to Perth city centre very clear. Less than 10 minute walk.
If you are looking to stay in Perth for leisure or on business, then you will not be dissapointed with the Dunallan guest house.

I have stayed here six times and the standard is very good,even judged stictly..Standards of welcome,decor,fittings and cleanliness are all great.Breakfast has few equals in Britain! The building is reassuringly solid and in a lovely area,. The owners and near neighbours are very helpful and informal.

Friendly owners, really nice comfy room, amazingly delicious breakfast and only a short walk into town. I was at a conference and many people staying in the bigger hotels in the town had bad experiences with their accommodation whereas the Dunallan was excellent. Good for women on their own as well.
