Stayed 2 nights at the Rocpool Reserve Hotel within one of the Decadent rooms. We were approached by staff immediately on arrival and even without asking our names they appeared to know who we were and immediately took us to our room which already had a child's cot set up. The room was immaculate and very contemporary and well equipped and different from other rooms we have stayed in because the bathroom was on a lower level accessed via your own stairs and comprised of a massive standalone bath, double shower and a television set into the wall.
We ate in the Bar shortly after arriving and the food was lovely and the service from the young member of staff was impressive.
On leaving or arriving the hotel every contact with the staff was very friendly and welcoming and the breakfast each morning was also lovely and as always the service from the staff was perfect. My only regret is I didn't get the names of the staff I had the pleasure of encountering and the management should be proud of their team. Would definitely be returning
