Brilliant Hotel. Friendly staff who couldn't do enough for us. Clean tidy rooms and very reasonably priced. Centrally situated for all shops in Inverness. Car parking a very short walk from hotel. If visiting Inverness I recommend you use this Hotel. Thought it might be a bit noisy due to location but never heard a thing from the road. *****

This hotel is on a main road and there is a public car park nearby £4 for 24 hours (follow singns for the bus station). So parking was not a problem. Also, this hotel is a short walking distance to town centre, shops, restaurants, bus/train stations, as well as the river Ness. So you can just leave the car in the car park and walk everywhere.
The view of the mountains from our room made us really feel that we are in the Highlands (see photo).
This hotel was good value for money, clean with very good service and breakfast was good.
I have rated this hotel excellent as it is very good for a 3 star hotel.
The only issue I have is that the double bed felt a little small. If this is a problem for you, take a family room as it would also have a sofabed.

We booked this hotel as we were going to a concert in the Ironworks. We weren't too sure about it as there was no onsite parking BUT we found a multi-story carpark directly across from the hotel. £4 to park for 24 hours was a bargain!!
The hotel is right on the main road, a two minute walk from the Ironworks so absolutely ideal for concert goers.
The rooms are exactly what you'd expect; modern, clean, pretty basic. Staff really friendly and helpful. This will be the hotel of choice if there's another gig.

My husband and I stayed here on a weekend break and found it really good! The beds were very comfortable, rooms were very clean and service impeccable! I must commend the duty manager in charge who went out of his way to help us with any query! It was greatly appreciated and he was happy to go above his call of duty! I cannot comment on the lunch or dinner service as we only had breakfast, but this too was enjoyable! Would definitely stay here again!
