We stayed there for two nights in February, having previously stayed there in November 2008.
On each visit, we took all three rooms ; 2 of which are en-suite with showers, and the
third room has a private bathroom (shower and bath).
All three rooms that we stayed in were very clean, with tea/coffee and biscuits available in the rooms.
It's actually a very comfortable place to stay.
The landlady and her family are generally 'invisible' in their part of the large semi detached building, however, whenever their services or requests are required, the landlady is very helpful as well as very friendly.
We were a party of five adults and two young children (aged 6 years and 11 months) and it could be fairly noisy at times, but they were also made very welcome.
Breakfasts were very good (they don't do lunches or dinners), you made your choice the night before (if possible) and also stated the time you wished to have breakfast.
As well as the normal cooked Scottish breakfasts, and porridge and cereals, there was also a large selection of fresh fruit, such as melon for example.
Normally I prefer staying in large hotels, and I have previously stayed in hotels in Inverness in the past , it was my daughter's choice to stay in this accommodation, but I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again in the future.
