Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.
If you have submitted a review for a holiday rental property, we may also ask that you provide us with proof of your stay to ensure that your review is attached to the correct rental property.
Holiday rental reviews collected via the VRBO website (formerly Homeaway) and syndicated to the Tripadvisor website are not currently subject to Tripadvisor’s standard moderation processes.

Excellent Position
First thing you notice apart from the lovely clean caravan is the wonderful view. Surrounded by sheep, horses etc we had a wonderful holiday with our two granddaughters who loved getting to feed the goats and horses. Perfect situation for quiet holiday and for visiting the area. Will definitely return. Thank you Julie and Martin for making us so welcome

Family holiday weekend
This is the second time we have stayed here. I cannot praise it enough. We had 2 caravans. The 4 children just ran between the 2 like they owned the place. The vans are immaculate. The views are amazing. The owners are brilliant. The children also got to feed some of the animals which they can't stop talking about!! I'm also staying with my 2 sisters in July for a 'girlie' (or more like an 'oldie') weekend😊. Margaret McGowan

Perfect for our Family Getaway
We had an awesome stay, the caravan had everything we needed and hosts were very accommodating. The views were stunning and spent some time exploring the local area and walking in the nearby forest. The village of Beauly is truly beautiful and was a great location to explore further afield, we visited Loch Ness, Adventure Park in Carrbridge, the Highlands are well work a visit and Dunmore made our stay even more pleasurable.

Dunmore House and Holiday Homes The Jewel in the Crown!
If there was a 6th star here it would be given! I have never felt so relaxed within the most beautiful panoramic views as in Dunmore. We were gifted a holiday and oh my this totally raises the bar for any caravan holiday. Not only were the views breath taking but the inside of our holiday home was incredibly immaculate, cosy, and welcoming. Lovely gestures were left such as flowers, teas, coffee, all welcoming us in. The rooms were spacious plenty storage, beautifully decorated. Duvets, pillows, mattress toppers, were just like home.. (I really had a wonderful sleep) Not to mention the power shower, A lot of thought went into a holiday home stay, the owners must be very proud not only of the location but the holiday home itself. I have stayed in some amazing hotels, however the standard and quality of this stay has raised the bar very high. In the morning Bramble and Jack the Dartmore and Shetland ponies were a joy to wake up to outside our window. Lots of lovely walks in the forest where we found an abundance of chanterelle mushrooms and beautiful blueberries... pick high was the advice from Julie. Well done to the amazing Ingram family you made our stay so enjoyable. Beauly's best kept secret! Thank you.

Ideal peaceful location
Had a very enjoyable week at Dunmore caravans the views from the accommodation were amazing. The Jacobite cruise on loch Ness is a great day out and a history lesson all in one. The botanic gardens in Inverness are also worth a visit (very good cafe). There are a good selection of shops and places to eat in the town only a mile away. I will be back.😀

Week away with kids
Our 1st visit to Scotland as a family , and what a lovely week . Caravan was new , clean and cosy . Julie the owner was very pleasant and helpful when called upon. Set on the hills behind Beauly , close enough for local amenities, but away from the town and very quiet and peaceful. We had the full range of weather in the week , snow , sun , wind and rain , which just added to the experience. Only 30 mins drive away from most places of interest in and around Inverness, we were able to go to numerous places with ease , with a hire car . We’re definitely planning on returning as we had such a lovely time . If you want a quiet get away where you can explore the highlands then would strongly recommend .

fresh eggs daily and spectacular views what more can you need
the moment we arrived we were made more than welcome, if the missus and the dog didnt need regular walks i would have been happy to sit and eat fresh eggs all day whilst gazing at the fabulous panoramic views and the animals on the farm, this is a fantastic location to relax and unwind and use as a base to explore the highlands, knowing you have the tranquility of dunmore farm to come back to each evening, everything you need on the doorstep in beauly, i almost dont want to leave a review because this place is so special we want to keep it a secret, but julie is so friendly and welcoming she deserves all the praise we can give her, i really cant speak highly enough about this location and its owners, very small and intimate yet very private site (you feel your alone) which is very dog friendly i think murphy fell for mia, thank you so much for your hospitality julie we will be back.

Beyond Expectation
Thanks must go to Julie and her family for making us feel so welcome nothing was too much trouble and the fresh eggs were an added bonus. The caravan was spotlessly clean and had all the amenities you could wish for incl. an electric blanket for the cool evenings. The view from the sitting area was spectacular, as were most of the views we stumbled across. A perfect setting for relaxing or touring around and there is so much to see and do within an hours drive. We tried the Steam train to Mallaig, recommended, and a drive to the coast, as well as Monster Hunting around Loch Ness. Such a shame we couldn't stay longer. Until now i raved about the beauty and Vistas in the Lake District, this not only stands comparison but in many ways is even more beautiful and spectacular, we have only been home a day and long to go back. I wasn't sure wether to review or not as would have liked to keep the caravans a secret, but Julie deserves recognition.

Excellent!
We had an excellent holiday at Dunmore. It was a great location for travelling, lots to do within easy reach and Beauly itself is a lovely town. The caravan was clean and well equiped. Julie and family were lovely and very welcoming. Last but not least....the view was magnificent! We'd highly recommend and hope to return in the future.
