I have stayed with Mrs Hardie for about 6 years now. She has always been most welcoming and one gets to know her and her family. Terrific comfortable rooms and a top class breakfast. Disaster is that she is moving to Edinburgh so am now looking for a new p[lace to stay when i go to St Andrews for golf. Only hope I can find somewhere as nice. Tony

The standard of this property is outstanding. It is a perfect location for visiting St Andrews on foot. A street away from the main shops but located in a quiet street and opposite a pretty church. The attention to detail is faultless and the standard of everything superb. It was luxurious yet homely and the host was charming. My friend and I had booked a twin room but this was unavailable when we arrived. We were offered a double room each at the same price as one twin room. This was a real treat as both rooms were beautiful.

Stayed for 2 nights. Great location for town centre. Beds was amazingly comfortable and room was spotless. Service very good, as was the food. Would definately recommend it.
