Room appeared alright when we went to bed,however the constant running in the corridors of staff or visitors left us with a sleepness night .

Just got off to sleep and were awakened at 0630 hrs by what sounded like an aeroplane engine starting up - looked out window and unluckily for us found we were above the fans from the kitchen.

Went to have a shower and was disgusted by the condition of the shower head,cleaners obviously have never heard of legionnaires disease.

Room was prepaid otherwise I would not have paid for room. Left a card for the manager of the Hotel to contact me but he never did .

Left the hotel in disgust.without breakfast,and will never be back.

Situated on outskirts but with good access to main road to Edinburgh and to Kirkcaldy Town. Room a decent size, clean and tidy though ground floor overlooking car park so had to keep curtains closed whilst dressing and getting ready (therefore also meaning no natural light - important to ladies trying to put their makeup on). Bed comfy and decent bath and shower. Fairly good facilities. Slept well. Good choice at breakfast though not brilliantly cooked which was a shame. Served us well as a reasonably priced place to lay our heads for a couple of nights and I suspect better than some of the local competition.

went on thu for new years eve stayed two nights for new years eve party in balmoral suite band was fantastic meal excellent whole experience was good would reccomend it family came new years eve stayed four poster rooms bit expensive but worth the experience

went with 14 workmates dinner and night out had to ask for menu after that had to asked to be served with drinks then waitress who didnt speak good english persisted in bringing wrong drinks meal wasnt up to much we then ased to go through to lounge where the hoover was out on the floor and barman had his back to us watching some xmas repeat it was a horrible night and never will go back so next year book anywhere else waste of money specially for my dress and shoes to go there
