Really high Quality rooms, and facilites for a rather poor town as far as hotels go.

Nice and Clean and Quiet rooms, comfortable too!

The food at the restaurant is very nice also, and I did enjoy the Curry Buffet,g reat idea, for modest price!

The indoor play area for kids, certainly lifts this above all others in the area as far as any family stays are concerned.

Stayed for 3 nights from Boxing Day onwards whilst visiting family and not wanting to put them out. Got the Premier Inn room at the minimum price and have to say it's great value for a very clean, comfortable and spacious room. Despite the time of year and the fact there were quite a few rooms unoccupied, there were still plenty of staff to maintain the facility and their attentiveness and politeness was very good. Whilst the breakfast might initially seem quite expensive, if you have someone in the party who has a hearty appetite then fill your boots for great value. I believe if you have children under a certain age you don't pay for them so even better if you get breakfast as a family.

All Premier Inns tend to offer a similar level of comfort and appointment, whether for a family visit like this or a short stay on business. That means you know what you're getting and takes the risk out of booking without going for top prices. We use them frequently and it just works for us.
