Oh where to start, when my husband and I arrived at this "guesthouse" I went into the hallway first, and was ignored as the member of staff spoke to my husband asking him to sign the register, he then asked for payment which threw me completely.( normally I would ask to see the room first) My husband was given the key and was told our room was 7 on the top floor, once inside we realised our massive mistake. There was a s/s jug on the table which at one time contained milk only it had been there that long it had mould on top I mentioned this when I was telling him the room door wouldn't lock and was told milk shouldn't have been in the room he then ran upstairs and asked if we wanted to change rooms . Answer YES. We were given another room and it looked better,so we went into town and enjoyed our night out coming back around midnight visiting the loo I discovered no toilet roll and someones DIRTY UNDERWEAR hanging on the back of the toilet door. The bed was uncomfortable with poor pillows. Breakfast was served on a cold plate My husband was having coffee only the upturned cup was stuck to the saucer as was mine. Time to leave I asked to speak to the manager and was told by the cook he was alone no manager here I wanted to complain personally.
