This flat is just perfect size for a young family of 5 - ages 5, 3 and 1. Jon supplied a travel cot. There are stairs to negotiate, but that added to the fun for our wee explorers! It is obviously noisy at 3am, but this is a very small downside to be able to walk to all the attractions. Our weekend in Edinburgh was made very relaxing knowing we had our place to come back to. The bed in the lounge really is as comfy as the advert says! Will def use Inner City Lets - and would def come back to this flat. (although I am sure the other flats are just as nice)

Thrilled with the size and quality of these rooms. Stayed two nights visiting a friend. Location was perfect for shopping only a short walk away to the town and castle. Would stay at this style of hotel/ flat again, it was great with so much freedom to come and go as you please. Found the whole stay an enjoyable one.

A group of us stayed at the Frederick Street apartment at the weekend. What a gorgeous place. Attention to detail was excellent and the apartment was spacious and lovely. The bedrooms were spacious and very nicely decorated and the furnishings of a high standard.
Would recommend this for couples, groups of friends and families. Location central and the views fantastic.

was a great apartment-hotel, ideal for anyone, spacious and very comfortable, clean and tidy...had everything needed for a 3day stay...the owner Jon is very cool and seemed genuinely nice and helpful...had a great stay..was situated on the royal mile, which was a short 5minute walk from the town centre and pubs etc....it was pretty much a 5-10 minute walk to most sights...no transport necessary...had a great time and will definitely be returning :D
