This is the third year running that we have stayed in this hotel whilst visiting Edinburgh & it has been excellent each time. The rooms are clean, well equipped & tastefully decorated: the beds are large & comfy, the bathroom has a big bath & separate shower, nice toiletries & tea tray. Breakfast is fabulous with lots to choose from - I recommend the eggs florentine! This time we had a room at the back, and although there is no view, it was extremely quiet despite the central location. Its nice to have a break from sightseeing & spend an hour in the gym/spa, which although small is well equipped & very nice. Staff were very helpful, everything went smoothly, we also used the bar for drinks & snacks & all was great there too - in fact cant find any faults at all!

I regularly stay in Edinburgh & we managed to get a good price for this hotel, I also stayed here when there was an offer in December. It's in a great central location with plenty of restaurants, attractions and transport links within easy walking distance. Service was superb & the room was of good quality with a nice big bath & a shower, the free wifi was fast & reliable.

I didn't eat here but did use the gym which is a nice add-on, it's also close enough to Arthur's Seat for a nice morning run.

I spent 2 days in a BB in Edinburgh then I went for a short trip to inverness when I came back I had to sleep in Edinburgh in order to take a very early train on the day after so I decided to book a Hotel near from the train station and I must say this hotel really surprised me. The room is fantastic, modern and clean and the bathroon is stunning. The staff is very friendly and the hotel is very well located in the heart of Edinburgh, a few steps from Princes Street and a two minute walk from Waverley train station. I must say if I could chage only one thing in my trip I would change my BB for this Hotel in a blink of an eye.

Lovely rooms, great service at reception. Just wish we could have arrived a little earlier than we did to take proper advantage of everything the hotel had to offer
