My partner and I stayed here for one night while at a wedding in Dundee. Having never stayed at guest house before I was pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome we recieved. The manager was very friendly and efficient.
Our room was large and had all the facilities needed. We were also provided with a lovely cooked breakfast next morning which was very reasonably priced.
Would use this guest house next time we are back in Dundee.

My boyfriend and I had a very large and well-appointed double room (en-suite) at Alcorn Guest House. The staff was friendly and flexible about check in, breakfast, etc. The beds were very comfortable and noise from other rooms was minimal. We would definitely stay there again if we need to be in Dundee.

i have syayed at the alcorn for about eleven weeks mon to fri. it now feels like home from home .it is a very warm and welcomming place to stay. the rooms are good sized and very clean. breakfast very good . very close to city but set in a quiet location. great value well recommended

I stayed at the Alcorn Guest House for 3 nights last week while on business in Dundee. Having stayed at a similarly priced bed and breakfast in Dundee the previous week, which left a lot to be desired, I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived at the Alcorn.

The room was a good size, clean and warm with good storage space. Complimentary tea and coffee were available in my room and the room was serviced daily.

The breakfast was very good with a range of cereals and full cooked breakfast available with plenty of tea, coffee and orange juice.

There was no dog when I stayed last week as the Guest House is under new management.

The guest house is walking distance from the city centre but a 2 minute walk takes you to the nearest bus stop which is serviced by regular buses which head into the city centre.

The Alcorn is a very reasonably priced B&B and I would be more than happy to stay here in the future.
