This place has so much to offer if only the people who worked in this hotel knew a little more about customer service or even asked their staff to smile now again. It is well known and expected here in Northern Ireland that we are a friendly bunch of people who would go out of their way to make you feel welcome, but oh no not here the atmosphere is cold the staff don't make eye contact never mind smile at you I don't expect the whole Disney experience but a little common courtesy would go along way. I understand its testing times at s the moment for all business's but hey come on if you have a large crowd in you Hotel you should be delighted other places would love this opportunity money in the till and all that. I was in the hotel bar and order 2 teas, 3 soft drinks the drinks arrived and yes with cups and saucers but OMG the soft drinks came along with plastic glasses now yes there were children around but we were 5 grown ladies. I was so taken a back and shocked that yes I had ordered cold drinks but here in this hotel they thought it good practice to serve myself and friends plastic glasses to drink from and also charge full hotel bar prices. It is so bad I cant understand how this place is still in business if they believe this is good hospitality. A little tip for any one wanting to stay here don't the food also is so poor and not up to standard it is what you would expect from a roadside diner and even then I would recommend to eat there instead of here, the chips were overdone also the chicken nuggets, the mash was so dry and the breaded mushrooms had to be baby button mushrooms they would'nt fill your tooth never mind your tummy. All and all avoid at all cost drive past and look in but dont stop keep driving!!!!
