This was my second visit to the hotel for an annual awards dinner.

The food and service is great for a large function of 320 people (32 tables). Good hot food, well presented, efficiently served, and attentive drinks service all evening. The audio-visual facilities were also excellent. The hotel appears to specialise in conferences and functions, and does it well.

The hotel itself is a business style hotel, with standard facilities. Beds were comfortable. Believe that WiFi is free but you need to get a voucher from reception, which we didn't have time to do. The hotel was quite busy on the saturday night with various parties and can get a bit noisy. Saw an advert for Hen night packages, so may not be the best place if you are looking for quiet and relaxation. Our room was a bit dated - e.g. no flat screen TV, but otherwise clean and comfortable.

Breakfast is standard buffet style, with reasonable choice and quality (albeit - no fried eggs, only scrambled). Breakfast service closes at 10am which seems early for a sunday morning.

Overall am still impressed with the hotel's conference suite and facilities.

Check in staff friendly and helpful. Rooms basic and clean. Very warm rooms even when we turned the radiator off. Woken up at 2am with people leaving the hotel nightclub. This went on for 2 hours,was very annoyed. Breakfast is self service, however the staff never brought us coffee when we ordered it.

Pool and gym facilities are good and clean. Free wifi was a helful benefit.

Had the misfortune to visit this hotel tonight. Thank god I wasn't staying. I can't believe how rude the night manager was. I will never darken the door again. Thank god we know this now as I was looking a wedding venue.

Stay here quite a lot when away on business. Good location, nice rooms and nice gym. They even have free wireless which is for some reason not the norm in Northern Irish hotels. One complaint was the ridiculously hot room i was in in and the radiator valve was broken and would not turn down.
