After arriving my girlfriend had left her gloves on the dash of the car. Five minutes after turning over the keys to the bell staff came a knock at our door. On a silver platter (literally), neatly crossed, were her gloves. "Madam, you might be needing these. It's quite chilly outside." Our second evening we returned from sight seeing a bit late and had not reserved a table for dinner. The concierge, William, not only booked a table for us at a local spot but walked us about 1/4 mile to the place! The room was exquisite. The bar is unparalleled. The dining room is regal. All facilities are top notch but the true treat, the reason for staying, is the staff. They are extremely professional without being snooty. I found all to be very friendly in that unmistakeable Irish fashion. Genuinely warm, sincere and likeable folks that seem to enjoy their job and making their guests feel welcome and pampered. I would return to Belfast just to stay here.
