We stayed here for only one night. Staff were helpful, room was clean, location was great. Price was very cheap. Breakfast was truly awful. The bacon tasted weird and greasy. Eggs were like rubber. But, that is my only complaint.

I think the hotel and rooms were lovely however the bed had little support and caved in the middle. Also my only other issue was the smell I'm the bathroom. If the fan was off there was a very putent smell of sowers which fill the entire room. However it was a lovely night and I would definitely return

Belfast is a great city city to visit, shopping, theatre, fine dining etc. This hotel is just off the motorway right in the city centre, good parking and budget accommodation at it's best. Staff are very pleasant, the food is good in the evening. You might enjoy the customary Ulster Fry in one of the more traditional city centre cafes! The hotel is clean. Ask for a room that does not have a connecting door with another room and if you prefer something quiet, ask for a quiet room, they will try to help you but remember, the hotel attracts quite a few party oriented guests! They have local papers readily available and area always happy to help you.

Great Price and Great Location for the city and its attractions being just round the corner from The Opera House, City Hall, Crown Pub etc. Murals just outside the hotel to see and across the road from the train and bus station. Rooms clean and all that is needed. Only gripe was on a busy Fri Evening only 1 poor girl behind the bar doing food serving and serving drinks whilst 2 male members of staff chatted to the doorman on the desk when there was a big obvious queue at the bar. One customer even went to complain and they still offered no help to clear the bar. The barmaid did her best and stayed smiling.
