Just returned from a 2 night stay at this wonderful hotel. The reception staff where helpfull chatty and very polite as was the bar and waitering staff. The breakfast on both mornings and evening meals on both nights where top notch.Room and bathroom was huge and very comfortable. Loads and loads of plus points for this hotel and no minus points whatsoever.
My wife and I have stayed in many hotels across the UK but this is definately the best by far.
We will definately be back again!

Situated in the queens quarter. A block from ulster museum and botanical gardens this hotel was ideally situated. About 20min slow walk to centre through streets lined with little cafes and eateries. Impressive looks from outside draw you onwards. The reception stylish and modern. The room was large and spacious with tea and coffee facilities. For me I would prefer more lighting but darker rooms are standard in most hotels.Very comfy beds. Large bathroom with separate shower Staff very attentive. Lovely choice for breakfast. True boutique beauty. much recommended .

We have stayed here twice stayed here two years ago first on our first visit to Belfast and stayed here last wednesday nite again. Very spacious rooms with lovely bathroom Huge bath and huge shower.Large comfortable bed got great nites sleep! Lovely friendly girl at reception both times Jenny gave us loads of information on where to go in Belfast. Breakfast was v good plently of choice also had dinner which was good too good atmosphere at the weekend in the bar there. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Belfast and will definately be back.

Pros: The staff were mainly friendly and helpful, the room was a good size with a large comfortable bed, large tv, tea & coffee facilities, additional seating area and a generous ensuite bathroom with adequate toiletries supplied. The breakfast at the hotel had reasonable choice with friendly staff to serve at the weekend, less so on a weekday. The whole hotel was clean and tidy and had a feeling of luxury to it. The hotel is well placed near the University surrounded by restaurants and cafes with bus stops and a train station nearby and only a 20 minute walk to the centre of Belfast.

Cons: Although noise from the bar & the club at the hotel is mentioned on the website it was incredibly loud with a pounding bass beat resounding through the room until approximately midnight on the Friday night and 1am on the Saturday night during our weekend visit. The bathroom would have been much improved if it had a power shower rather than just a shower head attached to the bath and in a four star hotel I do not expect cheap paper-thin toilet paper! We were not informed that the hotel locks its doors early on a Sunday and a staff member seemed quite affronted at having to let us back in at 8pm. The heating was also difficult to adjust to temperature.

A few niggles which although didn't ruin our stay certainly didn't enhance it!
