Very pleased with standard...location great for bars...restaurants and university area. Bus is only £1.40 to city centre but only 10min walk. I only live about 45mins from the city but this was fabulous for a night away. I have stayed in other hotels in Belfast but this was best value ..the only other hotel would be the Merchant but it is £180 per night without parking or breakfast! STAY HERE

My wife and I decided to stay at the Tara Lodge after reading the very positive reviews on Tripadvisor and we were not disappointed. The location is excellent (approximately 15 minutes walk to the City Centre) and it was easy to find our way around. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was as good if not better than any we have had elsewhere. The room was bright and clean. This will be our place of choice for any future visits to Belfast and we would have no hesitation in recommending to family or friends.

This is just the most idealic wee spot, everything has been said by reviewers before. Tara Lodge is in a great area, 5 mins walk from botanic station and close to all the buzzy bars and fantastic restaurants, staff are so friendly and helpful. We have stayed in accomodation that claims to be the best and it is nowhere near as good as this wee gem. Book it you will not be disappointed, we intend to be back. Congrats on your trip advisor excellence award, you so deserve it, the cleanliness and fresh smell of paint means you take your responsibility to your patrons very seriously. Our only point of note is that a fridge in each of the rooms would be very handy to chill drinks but this is a very minor point and does not detract from our 5* experience.

My wife and I stayed here after reading the wonderful reviews on tripadvisor and we can honestly say that it did not disappoint. The location is excellent and it is easy to walk around to different shops, resturants and into the city center. The breakfast was excellent each and every day and the staff was very helpful as well. We will definitely be going back when we revisit Belfast!
