Like others, I based my choice of the Tara Lodge on the great Trip Advisor reviews and like so many others, i was not disappointed!
From the minute we arrived, friendly staff attended to our every need. Our room was stylish and spacious, the bathroom was equipped with lovely toiletries and the bed was one of the most comfortable we had ever been in.
The area around the Tara Lodge has plenty of restaurants and pubs to suit any taste.
Breakfast is served in a large sunny room and the menu was extensive. Everything was cooked fresh and you could taste that it was. We both decided we couldn't miss the famous porridge - which came in a choice of three varieties.
I would definitely stay at the Tara Lodge again and will be recommending it to my friends and family.

Beautiful hotel right in the heart of Belfast. Great breakfast and warm and friendly service. Will stay here next time I'm in Belfast.

Having stayed here for many years in the period from Christmas to New Years, delighted once again with the excellent quality and service. The most welcoming and friendly staff anywhere, and as everyone notes, the breakfasts are deicious. Can't wait till next Christmas to go back!

We booked into this hotel for an overnight on a Sat. on the recommendation of a friend , having checked it out on trip advisor as well we were hopeful that it would live up to expectation and it certainly did! Very comfortable, clean, lovely staff and a great location. We were able to walk into the centre of Belfast in 10 mins. and there were some great restaurants nearby (Cayenne was brilliant!). Breakfast menu was great...set us up for the rest of the day. we will definatly stay again.
